By accessing and using Rustadia's services, including our game servers, website, Discord community, and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Registration

When you link your Steam and Discord accounts or create an account with us:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Server Rules and Conduct

All players must follow our server rules, which include but are not limited to:

  • No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
  • No harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior beyond normal gameplay
  • Respect group size limits and teaming rules
  • No real money trading (RMT) for in-game items
  • No doxxing or sharing personal information of other players

Violation of server rules may result in warnings, kicks, or permanent bans at our discretion.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store certain data to provide and improve our Services:

  • Gameplay Data: Player statistics, kill/death ratios, playtime, resources gathered
  • Server Data: Connection logs, chat logs, and anti-cheat data
  • Discord Data: Messages, voice activity, and voting preferences
  • Website Data: Analytics, cookies, and session information
  • Account Data: Steam ID, Discord ID, and linked account information

5. Purchases and Refunds

CHAD Upgrades and other purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Benefits are provided on a subscription basis and may be modified or discontinued with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios Ltd. We are not affiliated with Facepunch Studios. All server customizations, website content, and branding are property of Rustadia unless otherwise noted.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Server downtime or data loss
  • Actions of other players
  • Loss of in-game items or progress
  • Changes to game mechanics by Facepunch Studios

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rustadia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via Discord or website announcement. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
